GKRE are delighted to have been instrumental in the acquisition of Clarendon Business Centres’ first West End location at 42, Upper Berkeley Street, London W1
The building is a privately owned multi let building of 20,000 sq.ft. In a complex deal structure GKRE were able to negotiate the surrender of several short term leases in the building which, combined with some 5,000 sq.ft. of vacant space created over 14,500 sq.ft. of flexible work space over the 1st , 3rd, 4th and 5th floors with opportunities for further expansion into the remainder of the building in the future.
42 Upper Berkeley Street is Clarendon Business Centres’ first West End location after looking for the right space for the past few years. Clarendon are currently undertaking a redesign and fit-out of the space with an exciting new design concept which will be launched in November 2014.
