The expansion of Avanta Serviced Office Group’s presence in London’s West End is set to continue, with an extension to its offering at Hanover Square.
The building, located at 3 Tenterden Street, W1, will supplement the leading workspace provider’s existing centre at 17 Hanover Square.
The new building, which is currently being refurbished, offers 20,500 square feet of space and over 300 desks spread over six floors and sits adjacent to Avanta Serviced Office Group’s existing centre at 17 Hanover Square. The centre was previously expanded in 2013 with the addition of an extra floor. The building is set to open its doors to clients later on this year.

This is a market where we have had a significant presence for over seven years and demand remains robust. With a 65% occupancy on opening, space at our 17 Hanover Square location was highly sought-after from day one and we expect this to be the same. “The opening is also a significant milestone for our company, being the first new centre to be opened by the recently merged Avanta Serviced Office Group and is a good example of how we work with existing landlords to deliver value to them as well as growing our estate.”
